Kiera DesChamps, MA, HS-BCP

Kiera DesChamps is the co-founder of Cypress Consulting, LLC, where she and her team "promote professional excellence." She is the Health and Human Services Division Director at Central Piedmont Community College, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mrs. DesChamps holds a Masters of Art degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University; she is a Board Certified Human Services Practitioner (HS-BCP), a Certified Community College Teacher from NC State University, and a Certified Health Coach. Mrs. DesChamps has recently completed the process of accreditation and her program is nationally accredited by the Council on Standards for Human Services Education (CSHSE). 

She enjoys teaching and working in the community college system because it allows her the opportunity to reach students from a cross-section of the community, as well as provide a service to the community through various service projects and community outreach programs.

 Dawn Braswell, MS

Dawn Braswell is the co-founder of Cypress Consulting, LLC, where she and her team "promote professional excellence." Dawn holds a Master's of Science degree in Adult Education from NC A&T State University, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She works as a Juvenile Court Counselor with the NC Department of Juvenile Justice. She is a Certified General Instructor from the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards. Dawn has over 10 years of experience in teaching and administration in the higher-education system as a full-time faculty member; and an Associate Dean of Health and Public Services. Dawn currently works for Siemens Energy, Inc., a Fortune-500 company, as a Training Specialist. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership, Policy, Adult, and Higher Education from NC State University.

 Richard Blonna, EdD

Dr. Richard Blonna has joined the Cypress Consulting, LLC team with the training, "Maximizing Your Coaching Effectiveness with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy". He is a university professor and author in Hillsborough, NJ, who has integrated acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) prinicples and practiced into his work as a teacher and nationally certified life coach, counselor, and health education specialist.
