"Kiera was wonderful - engaging, bright, inviting. I was expecting something a bit different - more on global cultural nuances. It was very good on the topic of coaching - felt it was not as specific to cultural but my expectations may not have been realistic. Really appreciate what you do"
Gregory Kyles, LPC Emote Institute, PLLC

"Excellent workshop! I enjoyed it and am taking way useful knowledge that will help enhance my coaching skills and practice." Thank you! Dr. Sheryl Gee, Consulting Psychologist

"This presentation was relevant, informative, thought-provoking, inclusive (covering an array of ethical situations) and most beneficial. The presenter is a pro who was very well prepared, on point and set a cordial and comfortable dynamic between participants. Her adherence to ethical guidelines was "letter of the law" as she presented some examples that might require discernment. So grateful for this "practice" which made me feel more prepared for such potential situations. I look forward to taking more classes that Cypress Consulting LLC offers." Diane from Chicagoland

“Day In” in Montgomery County is success

TROY — Approximately 125 volunteers worked over 700 man-hours at seven different locations in Montgomery County on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day for the “Day On” Challenge.
“Day On” is a way to celebrate King’s legacy of service by taking a “day on” doing work for others rather than taking the traditional day off for the national holiday.
